6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: Uniworth Apparel offers free worldwide shipping on all bulk orders, unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation.
Delivery Times: Delivery timelines are estimates. Custom design services and bulk orders generally have turnaround times between 25-30 business days. Delays due to external factors (e.g., customs, shipping delays) are outside of our control.
International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international shipping.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Custom Orders: Since all products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a defect in workmanship.
Warranty: A 15-day warranty period is offered on all products starting from the day you receive the products. Defective items will be replaced free of charge.
Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in extreme cases, subject to approval. Manufacturing and shipping costs are non-refundable, but the remaining balance will be refunded.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled only before the manufacturing process begins. A fee may be charged for any design services rendered prior to cancellation.
