We aim to deliver every order on time while maintaining apparel quality. However, to meet timelines, clients cooperation is essential. It is compulsory for the customer to respond to our queries promptly so that our process don’t get delayed due to communication gaps. In addition to communication , the duration of the order delivery also depends upon on the quantity and process complexity of the production process.
Yes we do have Quantity and promotional discounts for our regular customers. Promotional discounts are available seasonally while Quantity discounts depends upon the quantity of order you place per design, the more quantity you order for a single design the lesser amount you have to pay per piece for this design.
Yes, you can order a sample before placing an order. Samples are produced in the same way as the product produce in large scale production. But you have to pay for the sample shipment and also have to make a reasonable deposit to ensure that you are serious about placing the order for same garment. We offer both prototyping and sample production services.

If you do not respond within one month after the sample sent or emailed, then we hold your order until you repond back to us.

No, you cannot bring your own garment for printing, embroidery or other services. We create our garments from scratch as we want to provide premium quality products to our customer
Yes, we do provide mockups before starting bulk production, we do not move forward without your approval in written form, pictures are sent to you via email if you approve the product we start producing bulk quantity and If you do not approve it , we do not move forward with any cutting, stitching, printing, sublimation printing or embroidery of bulk production, We only start when you give us approval on samples provided in written form.
A dedicated Relationship Manager is assigned to you , who is responsible to deal with you through out the manufacturing process from the start till the end. So he remain in touch with you.

Yes, we strictly follow our Garment Quality policy, and assure that each piece is produce as per it , which Includes:

  • No whole in any fabric/garment.
  • No loose threads.
  • No stitching errors.
  • 100% preshrunk.
  • No stains.
  • No printing mistakes.
  • According to provided sizes with 1-inch tolerance.
  • Quality packing.
We are capable of fast track production, Usually it takes around 17 days to restock but it also depends on other factors including order size, production process, services and complexity of the order. If you place a restock order within 2 months of your first order, the whole process becomes faster as we have your pre requsitions available in our record.
